Our families' recipes have been our legacy since 1979. Martha's All Natural, has grown from our own restaurant business, supplying grocery stores, and military markets, to being the only source of yeast in our small-town during COVID.
Ted was a big believer in Slow Food, and he has instilled this is me. Margaret has taught me with love and kindness her trade recipes and walked me step by step, hand in hand opening my own restaurant.
Since 2013, I have worked under a few chefs, worked as an innkeeper and pub hand, staged at a French restaurant, opened and closed a kitchen for caterers and producers, trained and worked with a very talented bakery owner operator to find my passion for Martha's and a new bakery we are working on opening.
We are in North Carolina manufacturing all natural baking mixes for restaurants again after a move. Trying something new and creating new memories.
Many of our long-time customers have asked about our family and I am operating as a small female owned business. I took a little time off and focused on rebuilding.
